Entrepreneurship Programs Consultant · Startup Coach

I design and deliver entrepreneurship programs that work.

I help universities, incubators, NGOs, and ecosystem organizations design practical programs, coach founders, and deliver competitions and events from concept to execution. My focus is validation: getting startups to real evidence before they build further.

Based in Beirut, working across Lebanon and the region.

About

Strategy is useful. Delivery is what makes it real.

My work sits between program strategy, startup support, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on implementation. I currently serve as Programs Manager at the Asher Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at USEK, and I bring the same standard of delivery to the organizations and founders I work with.

I spend part of my time directly with founders, on their ideas, models, and pitches, and the rest making sure the program around them actually runs: the right people in the right room, on schedule, with clear expectations and documented results.

What I manage alongside the coaching

  • Timelines
  • Program activities
  • Trainers
  • Mentors
  • Experts
  • Partners
  • Applications & selection
  • Competitions
  • Events
  • Reporting
  • Participant experience

Services

Three pillars of work

My work covers three connected areas: designing programs, supporting founders, and delivering the experiences that bring both together.

Pillar 01

Programs

Structures that hold up in practice, not only in the proposal.

Entrepreneurship Program Design Designing program structures, phases, participant journeys, learning outcomes, selection processes, milestones, and expected results.
Program Implementation and Management Managing schedules, stakeholders, experts, mentors, founders, activities, operations, deliverables, and reporting.
Methodologies and Toolkits Developing practical methodologies, guides, templates, startup journeys, evaluation tools, selection frameworks, and program manuals.
Pillar 02

Founders

Direct, practical support at the moments that decide a startup’s next step.

Startup Coaching and Mentoring Supporting founders with validation, customer understanding, business models, decision-making, and program readiness.
Pitch and Competition Support Helping startups structure their story, sharpen their pitch, prepare for juries, and communicate their value clearly.
Founder Workshops Designing and facilitating practical sessions on entrepreneurship, validation, prototyping, business models, and pitching.
Pillar 03

Experiences

Competitions, demo days, and workshops designed as coherent journeys.

Competitions and Startup Challenges Designing application processes, evaluation criteria, jury rounds, founder preparation, pitching stages, and final events.
Demo Days and Entrepreneurship Events Organizing founder sessions, demo days, networking events, ecosystem activities, and entrepreneurship-focused experiences.
Workshop and Bootcamp Design Creating coherent workshop journeys rather than disconnected sessions.

Selected Work

From first ideas to validated startups

Validation sits at the centre of my work. Most of what I design and deliver is built to get founders to evidence faster, and everything else is arranged around that.

Core Focus

Validation

Moving founders from assumptions to evidence: problem and customer validation, interviews, testing, early traction, and the decision to continue, adjust, or stop.

Programs

Incubation and Acceleration

Structured support after validation: business model work, market preparation, milestones, expert sessions, and readiness for investment or growth.

Founders

Coaching and Mentoring

One-to-one and cohort support on business models, priorities, pitching, and the decisions founders face between milestones.

Methods

Ideation and Design Thinking

Facilitated sessions that turn broad problems into specific, testable ideas: framing, user understanding, ideation, prototyping, and selection.

Approach

A clear process from idea to implementation.

01

Understand

Clarify the objective, audience, context, constraints, stakeholders, and expected results.

02

Design

Build the program structure, methodology, activities, participant journey, timeline, and tools.

03

Deliver

Coordinate the people, operations, content, communication, and founder experience required to implement the program.

04

Improve

Review outcomes, gather feedback, document lessons, and strengthen the next edition.

Background

A technical foundation with a market perspective.
